I was brought in to play a key role in the customer experience team at Post Office Innovation in its infancy, where we strategically defined, designed and launched a new mobile offering for the financial services and travel divisions of the organisation, and worked with other parts of the business to discover new opportunities to create value for customers. I led the end to end design processes which included discovery, research and validation, experience design and a new global UI design system.
