John Lewis Ventures

I was brought in as UX lead at John Lewis Ventures, where I joined the core product team for one of their new propositions. The design process included stakeholder and user insights, product and MVP definition, interviews, prototypes, usability tests, and ultimately a beautiful rebranded UI for the pilot launch of their home services marketplace apps for both iOS and Android.
